C2 Customs is a business specializing in hand-crafted, custom footwear. We take ordinary sneakers, strip the factory finish, then paint designs on to those sneakers. By removing the factory finish, our specially formulated paint is able to penetrate the pores of the leather, creating a durable and waterproof finish.
>How durable are custom sneakers?
Custom sneakers are perfectly durable under "normal" conditions. It is not recommended to play sports or participate in activities where scuffing or scrapping could occur as this could damage the paint job. Please remember that custom sneakers are a one of a kind work of art and should be treated as such.
>How can I get a pair of C2 custom sneakers?
The best way to get your own pair of C2 custom sneakers is to purchase a pair that is available in the store section of our website. These shoes are readily available, thus this is the fastest and most efficient way to own a pair of C2's. However, we do accept a certain number of personal orders. If interested in a personal order, visit the order section of our website.
>When ordering a pair of custom sneakers, do I have to provide the shoes?
No, C2 will always provide the shoes whether the shoes are purchased through the C2 Store or the sneakers are a personal order. However, if a customer has a specific pair of shoes they want customized that they already have in their possession, then those shoes can be used for the custom order. If a customer supplies the shoes, the standard retail value of the shoes is subtracted from the overall cost of the custom job. The shoes must be brand new to be customized.
>How much does a pair of C2 custom sneakers usually cost?
There is no set price for a pair of C2 Custom sneakers. Prices range from $400-$1000+ per pair. The price is determined by several factors, such as the cost of the base shoe for the design, the complexity of the design, cost of special supplies, materials, etc.
>What is all included with a personal/store order of a pair of C2 customs?
The customer will always pay in advance of creating the custom sneakers. This price includes the custom shoes, labor, a custom box, and shipping worldwide.

>If I have an idea, can you create a digital rendering so I can visualize what my custom sneakers will look like?
Yes! Through the use of adobe photoshop, we can provide our customers with a 2D or 3D visual of their requested design before we ever begin painting. This allows for customers to fine tune their designs so they can create their perfect pair of custom sneakers.
>How long does the entire process take?
On average, it takes 3 weeks from the time the payment is received to the time a customer receives their custom sneakers. This time period can vary based on location and the time at which an order was placed.
